Responsibilities
- Contribute to the District development plan by enhancing Supply & Demand.
- Provide training sessions for driver-partners to give them a good understanding of the product and the platform.
- Interact with driver partners & respond to inquiries, requests, complaints & ensure excellent service quality.
- Organize & participate in District activations & promotions.
- Result oriented and committed to achieving given tasks on time.
- Support additional tasks of the company when required.
Qualification and Requirements
- Degree / Diploma or related professional qualification will be considered
- 01 years or experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility of extra working hours
- Candidates in and around Gampaha area are encouraged to apply.
