Description
Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff
- Ensure the security and integrity of data through regular backups and security protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfil their IT needs
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends to recommend and implement improvements
Requirements
- A diploma or higher qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in network technologies including LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN, database, and CCTV camera network
- Proficiency in network administration and IT support
- Age below 35 years
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
