This role supports a B2B service model, focusing on delivering value to business clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality customer service by responding to inquiries efficiently and courtesy.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns and communicate them to relevant teams for improvement.
- Offer technical support for all website and mobile application related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Continuously learn to keep up with changes and developments in services and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company customer data and information.
Requirements:
- 20-35 years old candidates are considered.
- A Diploma, bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
