Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our business growth through effective lead generation and telemarketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through various marketing and outreach activities.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Identify customer needs and communicate product/service value clearly.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare basic reports on lead generation and call outcomes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus).
• Confidence in handling phone calls and customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
