Exciting Healthcare Opportunities in Ireland for Sri Lankan Nurses, Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse seeking to advance your career internationally? We are currently recruiting Sri Lankan Nurses and Nursing, Technicians/Assistants to join our team in Ireland as Health Care Assistants (HCAs). Salary and Contract
• €14.79/hour (approximately €2,500/month or €30,000/year)
• Full-time position (39 hours per week)
• 20 days paid annual leave
Relocation Support
• First month’s rent fully covered (shared accommodation, approx. €500/month after that)
• Airport pickup upon arrival (Monday to Friday, daytime)
• Local orientation and integration guidance
Additional Benefits
• €500 starting bonus
• Flight to Ireland covered (up to €500)
• Mileage payments for travel between clients
• Extra pay for Sundays and Bank Holidays

Employment Permit to work in Ireland
• Employment permit processing costs (€1,000 fee) must be covered by the candidate in advance
• Employment permit is arranged by the employer
Your Role as a Health Care Assistant
You will provide high-quality home care that promotes each client’s dignity, independence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support with meals and feeding
• Assist with toileting and continence needs
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain accurate care records
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Candidate Requirements
- Completed Nursing degree or Nursing Technician/Assistant qualification in Sri Lanka
- Healthcare experience in Sri Lanka
- Conversational to intermediate English (minimum B1-B2 level) Valid driving license
- Passion for person-centered care
- Reliable, flexible, and empathetic
- Available to relocate before employment begins
- Able to pay the €1,000 employment permit processing fee in advance
