Description
- Fully or part-qualified in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in computer applications, including the MS Office package, ERP systems, and Tally.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in imports, procurement, logistics, and stores.
- Experience in a similar industry or in the engineering sector will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in stores and inventory handling.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, as well as foreign and local authorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala, along with strong negotiation skills.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- A valid bike riding license is required
- Male candidates below 45 years of age are preferred.
